I hereby grant permission to North49 Brands and its affiliated companies, including but not limited to Spartan Fitness Equipment, VO3 Fitness, Synergy Rides, and Vintage Iron Cycles (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”), to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, name, appearance, and any content created in connection with my participation (the “Content”)
- Social media
- Advertising and marketing campaigns
- Websites and digital platforms
- Email marketing
- Paid advertisements
- Print materials
- Promotional campaigns
- Commercial publications
I grant the Released Parties an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit the Content in any format or medium now known or later developed.
I acknowledge and agree that I will not receive additional compensation for the use of the Content unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
I waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final Content or any use of it, including any edited or modified versions.
I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to the creation, use, publication, or distribution of the Content.
This includes, but is not limited to, use in:
- Defamation
- Invasion of privacy
- Misappropriation of likeness
- Infringement of moral rights
- Any other personal or property rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive any moral rights I may have in the Content and consent to any use, editing, or modification of the Content without restriction.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising from my participation or from any false representations made by me in this agreement.
I represent and warrant that:
- I am 18 years of age or older, or I have obtained guardian consent.
- I have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- My participation is voluntary.
- I have read and fully understand this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
